Our Paediatric first aid and Adult first aid Courses are 2.5hours long. Courses can be run from your home or place of work, minimum 4 people. We can offer bespoke packages and range from small groups to adapting our lesson plans to suit a younger audience.

We are a family run business specialising in First Aid and Paediatric first aid training. Between my husband and I, we have over 20 years’ experience in dealing with medical emergencies. We have two young children who are our inspiration behind our business.

We believe that first aid should be taught not only to adults and in the workplace but to children as well. Our aim is to help provide the knowledge, skills and confidence to our local community, schools, parents, grandparents, and all places of work including childcare settings.
